I work where machine learning meets reliablesoftware — turning research into systems that ship.
I'm a computer science engineer trained on a German (TUM-model) curriculum, with a mathematics minor and a thesis spent building a GPT-2 language model from scratch in PyTorch. That work shifted how I think — from using ML as an API layer to engineering systems I can reason about and trust.
In production I've migrated an LLM translation engine for a 40% infrastructure cost cut, built latency-sensitive backend services and intelligent chatbots, and shipped full-stack features across .NET, Python and Next.js. Alongside that, 35 freelance projects delivered at a 100% success rate — generative AI pipelines, high-speed automation and systems integrations.
I care about latency, cost and correctness as much as accuracy — and I like building things that look as considered as they run.
